Terms and Conditions.

REGISTRATION: For the safety and enjoyment of all, a maximum of 1000 entries will be accepted in 2011. Entries will be taken from April 1st 2011. Both online entries and postal entries will close at midnight on Tuesday 14th June 2011. Entries will be taken at the Anchor Inn until Friday 17th June 2011. Entries on the day will open at 9.00am and close at 10.30am. Entries will be accepted on a first to register, first to run basis.

If your entry is accepted, your entry fee is not refundable.

Your official 2011 Oldbury Fun Run Number bib will act as your receipt and will only be issued after acceptance of your completed entry.

Race number bibs and sponsor forms and your event information pack will be dispatched to your nominated address within two working days, sent by second class post.

JUNIOR ON-LINE APPLICATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED BY AN ADULT. IN DOING SO, THAT ADULT ACCEPTS FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT OF THE ENTRY.

Oldbury Fun Run Committee is not responsible for applications lost in the post and proof of posting is not proof of receipt. You enter the Oldbury Fun Run entirely at your own risk and the organisers will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained by you or for any property lost before, during or after the event.

You confirm that you are medically fit to participate in the 4 mile event. You agree to support and pay all sponsor money raised by you to the Oldbury Fun Run only.

On safety grounds, all Under13 entrants – without exception – must assemble and start from the Blue Start at 11.10 Any U13’scourse time which indicates they have started in the Red Start, may have their course time removed from the official results published on the Fun Run web site. Adults who accompany Under 13’s must assemble and start with them in the Blue Start.

No dogs or pets are allowed on the Fun Run course.

No bicycles, tricycles or skateboards are allowed on the course.

All participants and spectators may be filmed, photographed or recorded for broadcast, security, health and safety purposes.
